Ingredients: Coriander, Chilli, Salt, Toor Dal, Bengal Gram Dal, Asafoetida, Turmeric, Urid Dal, Black Pepper, Cumin, Fenugreek, Mustard, Curry Leaves, Ginger

Storage Instruction: Store in a cool, dry, and hygienic place. Store away from direct sunlight. Always use a dry spoon. Once the pouch is opened, it is better to seal the packet tightly to maintain flavour.
Preparation Method for 4 serves:
- Cook 50g of Toor Dal in a pressure cooker and keep aside.
- Heat 2 tbsps of oil in a pan; add ¼ tsp of mustard and allow to splutter.
- Add 2 green chillies, a sprig of fresh curry leaves, 1 sliced onion and sauté until onions become translucent.
- Add 1 finely chopped tomato, 100g of chopped vegetables and sauté well for a few minutes.
- Add 5 tsps (25g) of Sambar Powder, the cooked toor dal and pour 3 cups of water; add the required amount of tamarind juice, adjust salt and cook well for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
