Storage Instruction: Store in a cool, dry, and hygienic place. Store away from direct sunlight. Always use a dry spoon. Once the pouch is opened, it is better to seal the packet tightly to maintain flavour.
Serving Suggestion: Use Nalla Karam Podi with hot cooked rice, idli, dosa etc. The quantity to be used (usually in small amounts) depends on individual preference. Add Ghee or Sesame oil to the podi to enhance the taste.
