Ingredients: Coriander, Masoor Dal, Cumin, Salt, Asafoetida, Chilli, Horse Gram, Turmeric, Tomato Powder, Garlic, Fenugreek, Curry Leaves, Black Pepper

Storage Instruction: Store in a cool, dry, and hygienic place. Store away from direct sunlight. Always use a dry spoon. Once the pouch is opened, it is better to seal the packet tightly to maintain flavour.
Preparation Method (For 4 Serves):
Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan. Add ½ tsp of mustard seeds, 2 died red chillies (each broken into half), 1sprig of curry leaves, and 4 garlic cloves roughly crushed with skin. Allow them to splutter. Add ½ cup of chopped tomatoes and sauté for 2 minutes. Add 1 cup of tamarind water and 3 cups of water. Add 25g of Rasam Powder, adjust salt to taste and simmer on a low flame until frothy. Switch off the flame; add chopped coriander. Serve hot with steamed rice.
